We know you will absolutely love our items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to aid you through our warranty process. Simply contact us below and briefly explain your situation and we will guide you through the next steps.
We do not charge a fee for size exchanges. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item returns without damage, we will resend the desired size free of shipping costs. (Only applicable in Canada & United States). International customers will be responsible for covering the cost of a new shipping label. A Shipping option with a tracking service is recommended as we cannot guarantee a size exchange without receiving the item(s) back to our facilities.
A size exchange is only applicable if an inquiry is made within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be clean and unwashed. Visit the return river to begin your inquiry.
With an added bonus to our Submission Shark Warranty, we guarantee the product you purchased is free from any design/function defects or it will be repaired or replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. It is advised that you use a tracking service when ordering a return shipping label as we cannot process a refund without receiving the returned item.
Once inspected and appropriate damage is approved by our team, we will offer a refund of the return shipping label. Our response team typically replies within 5-10 business days. You should expect to receive the refund within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned item.
You will have the option to either accept a full refund, receive a replacement order free from delivery charges or store credit for future purchases.

Thank you for giving our items a try. Contact us with the link below for all return/exchange/warranty inquires. Each case will be individually reviewed due to unique restrictions and regulations. Please note that all customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
All returns and exchanges are at Submission Shark's discretion. It is advised to use a trusted delivery service with tracking to guarantee a safe return. Always retain the proof of postage as Submission Shark cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items we do not receive.
A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size exchange. Buyer's remorse is not guaranteed but store credits may be applicable depending on each individual case.
We promise to do our best on a case-by-case basis and employ personal understanding of each individual's case and concerns. Replacement of Products and refunds for products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Submission Shark's investigation and discretion.
Submission Shark will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if Submission Shark is at fault and (b) Submission Shark receives a complaint within 15 days from the day the product was delivered or within 15 days after the estimated delivery date, if the product is missing. Photos of the product and the packing slip will need to be provided.
The damage report will be evaluated ASAP. We will address your concerns within 5-10 business days. If approved, we will offer either a full refund,store credit or a free order replacement.
Return & Refund Polices
Wrong Address - If you accidentally provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Late Deliveries - The shipping process is not fulfilled through Submission Shark but we will respect your order deadlines. If your package is late, please contact us and a customer service representative will review your request and offer a fair shipping compensation depending on the individual case.
Lost Return Package - It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. It is highly recommended that you use a tracking service of your return as we cannot process this warranty without examination of the product.
Quality Control - At Submission Shark, we pride ourselves on exceptional product quality. All of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged due to shipping we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Beware of Porch Pirates - If you provided the correct address, and your package can’t be found at the post office or at your neighbors’ residents, you may be a victim of package thieves (also known as porch pirates).
We are not responsible for your stolen property. However, we do offer delivery signature confirmations for some of our shipping options. It is advised you select this service to prevent your items from being stolen.
