SOUND ON, these kids were amazing! I want to give a big thank you 🙏🏼 to @dino5thstgym for allowing me to be a part of the training session with @bestbuddies ! It was honestly such a touching and #inspirational moment for me. I got to see young men pushing through whatever disabilities they may have and show that they have the heart to #persevere🔥! On the other end, it was amazing to see a room of killers put all the savagery to the side to help there fellow man😌. It was just a beautiful moment in every aspect! I’m in such a good mood right now ! Awesome job everyone ! @submission.shark

Here’s another technique combining a classic wrestling counter of a head inside single💣! My partner in this video is @nickronanbjj 🔥. I want to give a huge shoutout to him🙏🏼. He’s one of @danaherjohn ‘s squad members and has achieved so much in such a short time, give him a follow!
