Losing connections with loved ones and friends is a difficult thing to go through. Unfortunately we can’t control everything, but we can control how we react to certain situations. Losing someone is stressful and mourning over the death or reflecting over lost relationships is healthy but when this becomes chronic, it becomes a problem. Physical inactivity will also stress out the body. Humans are meant to move so being still all day is destroying our health. Even the most notorious and dangerous criminals in prison are permitted for daily exercise because if they aren’t that would be inhumane.
